The Geppaku High Plate features a wide, flat surface enclosed by tall, straight walls that give it the proportions of a shallow bowl. Geppaku (月白), meaning Moonlight White, is a cool grey that shifts between blue and stone depending on the light, drawn from Minoso's Air collection which takes inspiration from the vastness of the sky. The raised rim makes it well suited for sauced courses or small shared dishes. Available in 8" and 10" diameter.
