The Torinoko High Plate features a wide, flat surface enclosed by tall, straight walls that give it the contained quality of a shallow bowl. Torinoko (鳥の子), meaning Eggshell, is a warm sandy beige with a fine, gently textured matte surface that reads like natural unglazed clay. From Minoso's Earth collection, which draws from the organic tones of Mino soil, it brings a grounded warmth to the table. The raised wall makes it well suited for sauced courses or small shared dishes. Available in 8" and 10" diameter.
