Riso Porcelain's Shinogi collection takes its name from the traditional Japanese technique of carving fine, parallel ridges into the clay body, a practice rooted in sword-making aesthetics where "shinogi" describes the ridge line running along a blade. On this bonbonniere, those ridges run across a sphere that splits open to reveal a small hollow inside, perfect for holding candy, jewelry, or other small keepsakes.
