Returns & Exchanges

At ARJ Los Angeles, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original ARJ Los Angeles packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
